Try spfdisk. It doubles up as partition manager and dual boot manager. It can partition the drive live (with data), but better make sure you have a backup, as always when partitioning. http://spfdisk.sourceforge.net/ It was made by a Taiwanese and is widely used in the Chinese speaking world, but is little known otherwise.
